During his tenure at Romarm SA, Mr. Crișan contributed to expanding international cooperation within the defence production sector, supporting Romania’s alignment with NATO standards and fostering export-oriented partnerships. As former General Director of Romarm SA, Mr. Crișan played a key role in modernizing Romania’s defense industry and promoting international cooperation.
His background includes leadership roles in both public and private organizations, with proven expertise in management, logistics, and international defence collaboration.
Under his leadership, Condor emphasizes integrity, professionalism, innovation, and reliability as the cornerstones of its operations. Headquartered in Alba Iulia, Alba County, with an operational office in
Bucharest, the company specializes in delivering advanced security technologies, integrated defense solutions, and professional equipment for both military and civil applications.
